Pointe West Honda's Vehicle Exchange Privilege ensures that you will be completely and totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the car you have purchased shows substantial mechanical problems in the first 30 days of ownership, you may qualify for a replacement. For your replacement, you may choose from any Pointe West Honda vehicle of the same or greater value.
The vehicle may only be exchanged in the event of major mechanical problems. One exchange per customer is permitted. The guarantee is valid for 30 days or 1,700kms, whichever comes first, starting from the delivery date. The vehicle chosen for exchange must be of equal or greater value (with a payment to cover the difference). In the event of an exchange, any equipment that has been added to the vehicle can be moved to the new vehicle at the customer's expense. Equipment that cannot be removed is non-refundable.
The vehicle being exchanged must be returned in the same apparent condition and state that it was in upon delivery. The vehicle exchange program cannot be assigned, transferred or sold, in whole or in part. Pointe West Honda must inspect the exchanged vehicle before the exchange occurs. The exchange program does not apply to Second Chance Credit and alternative financing clients. The exchange program applies to all purchases made after June 1, 2008.
